Photo/Video CONTEST RULES

Judging and Prizes
Photo(s) and/or video(s) will be judged by Out of Africa Wildlife Park, L.L.C., on creativity, quality, impact, and the ability to capture the spirit of Out of Africa. The first place winner will win three (3) park passes; a $108 value. A park pass is defined as an adult, general admission ticket with no expiration date. Tickets will be mailed to the winner. 2nd place runner up will receive an honorable mention in the email newsletter.

Eligibility and Photo/Video Requirements
You must be 18 years or older to have your photo(s) and/or video(s) submitted into the contest. Only legal guardians of minors (persons 17 years and younger) may submit photos in which a minor appears. Out of Africa animals must appear in your photo and/or video entry. A drawing or painting of an animal from Out of Africa is acceptable. However, the picture for the Out of Africa animal(s) must be submitted along with the drawing or painting for eligibility. Photo(s) and/or video(s) entered must be in good taste and will not be included for consideration for the contest if judged inappropriate by Out of Africa Wildlife Park.

Deadline
Entries must be received by midnight of June 24, 2011. The winner(s) will be notified by email. The winning photo and/or video will be posted in the next email distribution, which may or may not be the following month.

Participation agreement and terms of use
No purchase necessary to win.

Person(s) submitting photo(s) and/or video(s) for purposes of the contest shall retain rightful ownership. However, by submitting said items for the contest, owners grant Out of Africa Wildlife Park L.L.C. the right to use the image(s) and/or video(s) in perpetuity. Photos entered could subsequently be used in other means of communication for any purpose Out of Africa Wildlife Park L.L.C. sees fit (including but not limited to marketing efforts, advertising, and public relations efforts both online and offline). Any individuals whose likeness is identifiable in the image(s) have consented to have the image submitted and used by Out of Africa Wildlife Park L.L.C. for any purpose Out of Africa Wildlife Park L.L.C. sees fit.

Uploading your photo(s) and/or video(s) and sending to ooawildlife@gmail.com indicates that you have read and understood the above rules and are knowingly and voluntarily participating in the Out of Africa Wildlife Park Photo and/or Video Contest.
